– Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Working as part of a team, under guidance of nurses and senior staff
– Encouraging social engagement and interactions.
– Assisting with meals
– Escorting clients to appointments or social outings
– Observing and reporting any changes in client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
“`Qualifications“`
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control procedures preferred but not required
