Head of Residential Care

Purpose of the Role:

To support the General Manager in all aspects of management, acting as her deputy when necessary. Act as a role model to and supervise and train junior members of the team. To ensure the individual personal care needs of residents are delivered with dignity and promote independence. To promote the values of EFHL.

Contract Type: Permanent Full-time

Hours: 37

Rate: £15.21

Working Pattern: Flexible – Days and alternative weekends
