Maintenance Assistant – 30 hours per week
£13.47 per hour plus excellent benefits (including training and career development opportunities, staff welfare and support in a heritage working environment)

The Lodge is seeking enthusiastic maintenance individuals to work as part of a brilliant team to provide an excellent service to our Home set in beautiful grounds within Exeter.
You’ll use your initiative and problem-solving skills to carry out maintenance requests, and you’ll be able to offer advice on preventative maintenance measures and improvements. You’ll be responsible for PAT testing electrical equipment, and ensuring all maintenance records are accurate and up to date. Your expertise will ensure that you’ll work within health & safety guidelines to reduce risks. You’ll also complete work in a proactive and timely manner to minimise any inconvenience to our residents
