We are delighted to be named in Florence’s Best Places to Work as part of their inaugural workplace awards.

Elizabeth Finn Homes is named as a Top Care Provider and our Eversfield home as a Top Care Home.

Florence is a UK-based healthcare workforce management platform which provides quality staffing and workforce management tools to help care companies save time and money.

Launched this year, the Florence Best Place to Work Awards celebrate the best places to work across the UK care sector, putting a spotlight on those organisations that make an impact on the people who know them best: the frontline staff.

Winners are chosen entirely by the care workers who rate their shifts with Florence across the year and over 1,000,000 shift reviews were placed by frontline staff. The results show the providers and homes whose teams rated them highest.
