Annelli is an experienced care professional and dedicated leader who is passionate about providing exceptional, personalised care. As the Home Manager of The Lodge, she is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where people can live with dignity, independence, and the highest quality of life.
With a strong background in leadership and person-centred care , Annelli focuses on building positive relationships with people living in the home, their families, and colleagues. She believes that excellent care comes from a compassionate, well-supported team and works closely with staff to foster a culture of respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Annelli is dedicated to ensuring high standards of care, promoting wellbeing, and delivering a warm home-from-home experience for every individual.
