Annelli is an experienced care professional and dedicated leader with a passion for providing exceptional, personalised care. As Home Manager at The Lodge, she is committed to creating a safe, supportive and welcoming environment where residents can live with dignity, independence and choice.

With a strong background in leadership and person-centred care, Annelli believes that the best care is built on genuine relationships. She takes the time to get to know residents and their families and works closely with colleagues to create a culture based on compassion, respect and professionalism.
