Meet our general manager Cliff Hutchings

Cliff has worked in Adult Social Care since the mid 1980’s, starting out as a volunteer and working his way up into management in the early 1990’s.
He has worked in both the public and private sector, managing services ranging from small group homes for young adults to large nursing and residential Homes.

Cliff is passionate about supporting older people and providing the highest standards of care that is truly person centred and is committed to supporting his colleagues in their personal and professional development through coaching, mentoring and training.
