Meet our general manager Nike Ajewole

Nike is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in conceiving, delivering, and communicating clear corporate visions that unite teams and drive excellence. She is passionate about empowering staff through guidance, support, and training to achieve shared goals and deliver outstanding care.

Her leadership style focuses on fostering collaboration, building strong relationships, and translating strategic visions into measurable results, demonstrated through successful CQC inspections, business development, and enhanced stakeholder engagement.

Specialising in dementia and complex palliative care, Nike applies her academic expertise in Dementia Care and has contributed to several national research projects advancing best practice in the field. She is currently registered with the NMC and remains committed to improving care quality, developing people, and delivering exceptional outcomes for residents and service users.
