I am an experienced healthcare leader and Registered Nurse, with a strong background in supporting care services through periods of change, improving performance and helping teams to deliver consistently high standards of care.

Alongside my clinical experience, I hold postgraduate qualifications including an MBA, PG.Dip and Dip.RSA. This enables me to combine clinical knowledge with strategic and operational leadership, while always keeping the needs, choices and wellbeing of residents at the centre of my approach.

My leadership is closely aligned with the Elizabeth Finn Homes values. I act with purpose by promoting high standards of care, governance and accountability. I bring love by taking the time to understand what matters to each resident and their family. I inspire more by supporting colleagues to develop, share ideas and continually improve.
