Supporting Turn2Us
A vision for financial security
Today we still proudly follow in the footsteps of our founder Elizabeth Finn, who devoted her life to charitable works and improving the lives of others. Elizabeth Finn Homes operates on a unique “profit for purpose” basis as a wholly owned subsidiary of Turn2us, with 100% of our profits donated in support of their much-needed work across communities in the UK. Together, this partnership supports people and families who are living with financial insecurity.
Supporting Turn2us
Profit for purpose – how fees and profit give back to society
Every year, Elizabeth Finn Homes provides profit and rent to Turn2us, so that our organisations can stand beside the 1 in 5 people (and 1 in 3 children) who are living in poverty in the UK today.
Today Turn2us is tackling financial insecurity together, with a strategy rooted in workable solutions developed with people who have direct experience of financial stress.
Supporting Turn2us
A lasting legacy of kindness & Dignity
Through its charitable ownership model, Elizabeth Finn Homes translates its profits and rent into urgent support for millions of families and individuals in the UK. Founded over 125 years ago, the work of Turn2us has sadly never been more needed than it is today. The Turn2us strategy 2023-2028 sets out a vision where everyone in the UK has financial security so they can thrive. Their purpose is to offer support to those facing financial shocks and challenge the systems and perceptions that cause financial insecurity. Over the five years of their new strategy Turn2us will: offer high quality information and support; strengthen communities through place-based programmes; and help build a fair economy through systems change. Elizabeth Finn Homes is enormously proud of the contribution we make. Through our relationship with Turn2us, we translate the excellent care for 400 residents, into meaningful employment for 700 staff, and vital support for millions
