Accommodation at Halliwell

Halliwell has 64 bedrooms with ensuite wet rooms and provides both nursing and residential care, on a permanent or short stay basis, as well as offering end of life care.

All rooms have outside views and access to the attractive landscaped gardens or courtyards, which are well laid out and provide a pleasant place to stroll and enjoy the fresh air. From award-winning restaurant style dining to industry-leading social engagement, Halliwell provides the highest level of service and facilities.

Dining Room

Restaurant-style dining is a feature of life at Halliwell, where our open-plan dining room has floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the grounds. Meals are ordered at the table with changing daily menus that focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Meals can also be taken outside on the terrace, weather permitting and residents are welcome to entertain family and friends at any time.

Our fully-licensed bar provides the perfect environment for socialising pre and post dinner.

Lounge

Our lounge areas provide comfortable spaces for socialising, for playing board games or meeting friends. Warm and welcoming, the lounge areas are tastefully decorated with plenty of space for everyone.

Bedrooms

The 64 bedrooms at Halliwell are warm and cosy, all with ensuite facilities that are accessible for wheelchairs and fully assisted.

Landscaped Gardens

Our home is set in beautiful landscaped gardens with many places to sit and reflect. The terrace area offers tables and chairs for sitting with friends or enjoying refreshments outside. The front garden area boosts a pond and additional seating.

Summer House

The pretty wooden summer house is a haven for guests. Furnished with rattan chairs and fronted with glass doors, it is the perfect refuge, rain or shine.

Entrance & Reception

We have a large welcoming entrance hall at Halliwell with our reception desk taking centre stage and the team on hand to chat and help. There is visitor seating and fresh coffee on the go and our team are always there to provide information and answer questions.

Hair Salon

Offering a range of hairdressing services, the on-site salon provides a bit of pampering in comfortable surroundings.

Library

The Library Halliwell, the perfect place for some quiet time, a large selection of books to choose from along with daily newspapers. Residents are also welcome to play chess or other board games in this area, as well as in the lounges.
