1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) entitles customers to book a four-week stay at an Elizabeth Finn Care Home for the price of three weeks, subject to the terms and conditions outlined.
2. The Offer is non-negotiable and applies strictly to stays booked as consecutive weeks only.
3. The Offer is limited to a maximum of two individual, consecutive week stays booked during the promotional period.
4. This offer applies from Tuesday 20th October.
5. This offer can be discontinued by Elizabeth Finn Homes at any time.
6. No cash alternatives or discounts will be offered in lieu of the promotional rate.
7. Prices for the Offer are based on the weekly fees quoted at the time of booking. Any additional services or charges not included in the standard weekly fee will be billed separately.
8. All bookings made under this Offer are subject to availability.
9. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. Elizabeth Finn Homes reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.
11. The Offer is subject to acceptance of Elizabeth Finn Homes standard terms and conditions for residential care services.
12. By participating in this Offer, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full.
13. Elizabeth Finn Homes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
14. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Elizabeth Finn Homes shall be final and binding
