Meet our general manager Jessica Poyant

Jessica is a dedicated and engaging leader, committed to her staff teams and the residents in her care. Jessica’s own warmth resonates throughout the home making it a very happy, friendly place to live and work.
Jessica joined Elizabeth Finn Homes in 2010, during this time she also trained in the NHS and is a qualified Mental Health nurse. Her extensive experience of working with learning disability and severe mental health illness has meant she brings her calming therapeutic relationship skills to her passion in elderly care.

Jessica gets her job satisfaction from encouraging freedom of choice and delivering and promoting person centred care. She enjoys supporting individuals and their families to ensure a really welcoming and happy experience is enjoyed by all who choose to live at The Cotswold Home.
