Meet our general manager Josephine Gbadamosi

With over 40 years of experience in social care, Josephine began her career as a Support Worker for young adults going on to manage mental health and dementia care homes before specialising in leading residential and nursing homes for older adults, a role she describes as her true calling.

Now leading the team at Eversfield, Josephine is particularly excited about the new nursing wing, which opened at the end of 2024. This state-of-the-art addition has been designed to meet the changing needs of local people and ensure Eversfield continues to be a vibrant, welcoming home for residents and families alike. Her expertise in care leadership and marketing will be instrumental in promoting the home and ensuring its ongoing success and community presence.

Josephine studied Management and Marketing at Metropolitan University and is also a qualified NVQ Assessor in Health and Social Care.

Josephine looks forward to continuing to build upon Eversfield’s local reputation saying that she intends to give 100% to the care, leadership, and future of Eversfield Care Home.
