Social Events Leader – 21 hours per week
£15.56 per hour plus excellent benefits

This role will involve you promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. You will be required to assess each resident’s individual interests and support them by planning and organising programmes of events which encourage participation in activities and hobbies.
You will lead and motivate colleagues to engage with residents on a social level to support a fulfilled life experience for the individual. This is a very rewarding role, working with all of the teams to ensure a stimulating and rewarding lifestyle is achieved for those who live with us.
