Gold in Tunbridge Wells, Jacquie is a star performer!

Jacquie Fry, Senior Carer, has been selected as the 2017 Staff Member of the Year at Halliwell Care Home in Tunbridge Wells. During the course of the year, the home operated by Elizabeth Finn Homes has been running an initiative with all their staff to harness creativity, innovation and service excellence.

An Employee of the Month was chosen for each of the twelve months as recognition for their work in delivering outstanding care to the 64 residents at the home, and at a meeting held this week, Jacquie was elected Staff Member of the Year.

Jacquie has been working at Halliwell for nearly eight years and “is constantly the first to help with anything, she is always supportive and extremely good role model to the rest of the team.”

Jacquie was presented with a £500 holiday voucher by General Manager Gillian Forsyth. Local travel agents Baldwins Travel will be working with Jacquie to plan her trip and have promised to help her travel in style, including access to first class airport lounges.
