Woodbridge care home receives Platinum award for End of Life Care

Helen Jones, General Manager and Gemma Fox, Head of Residential Care at Grove Court near Woodbridge, Suffolk, receive their Platinum award given as a result of their recent re-accreditation with the National Gold Standards Framework (GSF) Centre in End of Life Care.
