Meet our General Manager Rachel Wilson

Rachel is a Registered Nuse with over 35 years’ experience of caring for others.

Prior to joining Rashwood, Rachel worked as a Registered Manager in the Worcestershire area where she cared for residents with diverse individual needs. Taking up this frontline position at Rashwood, Rachel now manages a staff of 100 and continues to build on the home’s excellent reputation, embedding its core values to ensure each resident’s needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion

Throughout her time in care, Rachel has gained a deep understanding of the complexities involved in providing compassionate care and is adept in leading a team focused on managing a holistic approach.

Rachel and her committed team create a warm and nurturing environment founded on an open-door policy that fosters communication and trust. Her collaborative approach creates a welcoming and supportive community for residents, staff and families.
