Very proud! Our CEO Olivia Curno makes the Social Care Power List 2026
The Care Home Professional Power List 2026 highlights the UK’s most influential care home executives, showcasing top-tier directors and senior executives managing care groups in the UK.
We are proud to see our own Olivia Curno included in this list of outstanding care professionals, who work to champion social care and make a real difference.
All those on the list are peer-nominated and selected for their exceptional performance over the last year. Our congratulations to all of this year’s winners.
Joining Elizabeth Finn Homes in early 2023, Olivia oversees our eight award-winning, CQC-rated ‘outstanding’ and ‘good’ care homes. Her tenure is deeply rooted in our profit-for-purpose model, where all proceeds support social initiatives. Olivia actively serves on the board of Care England and as a trustee for the Helen Bamber Foundation, which aids survivors of trafficking and torture.
She is often to be found out and about in our homes spending time with residents and staff and being part of our many home events and celebrations. It has also been a particularly busy few months for Olivia beyond our homes as she played a part in the launch of Care England’s The Overlooked Majority report, highlighting the contribution of women in social care leadership, and spoke about compassionate leadership at both the Leading Women in Care Awards and Care Show London as part of Championing Social Care.
We are feeling proud.
